It is intended to hold an Annual Parents' Meeting (APM) as follows:
Date: Thursday 15th September 2016
Venue: St Monica's CW Primary School Hall
There is a form to fill in if you wish for there to be an APM to be returned to school by Friday 9th September.
In accordance with Regulation 7 of the Annual Parents' Meeting (Exemptions) (Wales) Regulations 2005 this meeting will only go ahead if 5% or more of parents of registered pupils request the governing body to hold the meeting.
All parents will be notified by email/pupil post on Monday 12th September whether the meeting is still going ahead. If it does an agenda will be circulated with the notification.
